Purchasing Manager

Responsibility:

• Responsible for developing new collection samples and product development.
• Sourcing and managing merchandise mix to achieve targeted sales & profits.
• Creating new ideas to expand product markets.
• Increase market share.
• Monitor merchandise performance (sales analysis).
• Negotiate order contracts, ensure delivery of goods and plan merchandise clearance.
• Brand reporting requirements.

Condition:

• Min. Bachelor's degree and have 5 years of experience in fashion merchandising.
• Have good knowledge of product development.
• Skilled in product development & have sharp business acumen.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of fashion lifestyle and sharp business sense.
• Fluent in English & computer literate.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang area.

Responsibility:

• Creating appropriate commercial designs for brands that reflect the conceptual/strategic direction of the business.
• Developing seasonal products with a focus on style, fit and fabric.
• Implement processes to understand/anticipate customer needs in order to exceed customer expectations and promptly respond to their needs.
• Identify and recommend resources in seeking new ideas, both internally and externally, and conduct ongoing competitor research/trend analysis.
• Collaborate and communicate with key partners throughout the design process including Merchandising, Marketing, and Product Development.
• Manage, inspire and develop junior design talent.

Condition:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably majoring in fashion design.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the fashion retail industry.
• Having experience in fashion designing is a must.
• Experience in graphic design is a plus.
• Proficient in autocad, corel draw, sketch, and other design applications.
• Good skills in designing seasonal products.
• A perfectionist with incredible attention to detail.
• Willing to be placed in Lippo Karawaci.
