Matahari Partners with Bravado through Universal Music Indonesia to Expand Access to Official Music Merchandise

Matahari ("Company"; stock code: "LPPF"), Indonesia's largest department store chain, proudly announces its collaboration with Universal Music Indonesia and Bravado to bring official music merchandise to Indonesian fans. This partnership introduces an exclusive collection featuring legendary global acts such as The Rolling Stones, with the Sex Pistols following in mid-May 2025. It also marks the launch of AOS, Matahari’s newest private label that adds pop-culture flair to everyday wear.

             

This marks the first time Universal Music Indonesia and Bravado have collaborated with a local retailer to expand access to licensed band apparel. By leveraging Bravado’s expertise in artist merchandising, the partnership guarantees quality and authenticity of each product.

Alongside this collaboration, Matahari also introduces AOS (Artisan of Style)—its latest exclusive brand offering trend-driven dailywear with a touch of pop culture. AOS is built on the spirit of self-expression, blending various pop culture influences such as music, art, film, and animated characters with streetwear styles that resonate with today’s youth.

AOS’s debut collection draws inspiration from bands that have shaped music history, such as The Rolling Stones and Sex Pistols, giving fans the opportunity to wear clothing that reflects both their musical identity and the cultural influence of these iconic artists.

The collection will be available exclusively at all Matahari stores and online at Matahari.com. Beyond T-shirts and sweatshirts, AOS will continue to expand its offerings to include pants and other fashion-forward items.

Looking ahead, AOS will continue to collaborate with other global music icons under Universal Music Group. The next lineup of musicians to be featured includes Guns N’ Roses, Run DMC, Jamiroquai, Lady Gaga, and Billie Eilish — all set to launch in 2025.
