PT Matahari Department Store Tbk ("Matahari" or "the Company"; Stock Code: "LPPF") today, Friday (22/12) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGMS"). The meeting, which was attended by shareholders physically and online using the Electronic General Meeting System (eASY) facility from PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), discussed the approval of the planned changes to the composition of the Company's Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors.
In this EGMS, the shareholders approved several changes in the composition of the Company's Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, including:
- The resignation of Mr. Monish Manohar Mansukhani from his position as President Commissioner of the Company and the appointment of Mr. Andy Adhiwana as the new President Commissioner of the Company;
- The resignation of Mr. Terence Donald O'Connor from his position as Independent Vice President Director of the Company and the appointment of Mr. Monish Manohar Mansukhani as the new Vice President Director of the Company.
In connection with the approval of the resignation of members of the Company's Board of Directors and the appointment of members of the Company's Board of Commissioners/Board of Directors, the composition of the Company's Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors is as follows:
